They lease Dominion Voting Systems technology, instead of a purchase, which goes out go 2029, for about $3.19 million per year. Currently this a provides ImageCast Ballot Marking Devices (ICX) (1,520) devices for 150 Vote Convenience Centers (VCC), covering 1,345 Precinct. The BMD is required for display of the voting sessions for each precinct in the county, and to print the resulting computer generated ballot, with Summary QR-CODE results, using a HP Laserjet printer. These voting centers have approx 10 of the BMDs, which provide the ADA devices for voters with limitations, along with multiple language support, digital shown, and via AUDIO using earphones. Each VCC has an ImageCast Precinct (ICP2) hand-fed tabulator for acceptance of the ballots created by the BMD, in order for all In-Person voting, during Early Voting (3.9%) or Election Day (4.5%).
