drivers share the street with one another. In a situation where there
are no traffic lights to govern ones
movement the word share for both driver and pedestrian must come into play. For instance an adult pedestrian with two children accompanying should not allow the children to walk behind him unless of course he is preoccupied with his iPhone or Android. But that's what this poor excuse did. One of his children had to alert him that a car is
coming. While I was passing I noticed the poor excuse was starting to meander from his extreme right toward the middle of the road where I was and his parked car.
His little son had to tell him to make a course correction.
There is also this school bus phenomenon where some children think that drivers must stop for the
