Nathan Wade is again scheduled Friday morning to testify to the Georgia Senate committee investigating Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her now-dismissed 2020 election prosecution of President Donald Trump.
First, another official in the District Attorney's Office will testify.
Wade, the attorney hired as a special prosecutor by Willis to the 2020 election case, was originally scheduled to testify last month but it was pushed back as his representatives and the Senate Special Committee on Investigations worked out details of when and how he would testify.
