Gill then brought out the receipts and proceeded to completely embarrass Ballou with some actual facts. For example, he noted that
54% of Somalis are on food stamps,
73% on Medicaid, and
81% are on welfare in general.

GILL: What percentage of working-age Somalis who have been in the U.S. for ten years or more, how many of them speak English very well? BALLOU: I don’t know.
GILL: The answer is about half. That seems pretty low, doesn’t it?
It doesn’t sound like something that makes our country stronger to me, and I think most Americans would agree with me on that.
This is the antithesis of feminism. It is a point of view that was suppressed for half a century. Now it is breaking out with a vengeance, while the feminists—some of them now in their eighties— watch in stunned silence.
