California’s daycare system may be hiding a massive fraud problem — and the proof is coming from the state’s own records.
In this episode of California Underground, Amy Reichert exposes what she calls “ghost daycares” — state-licensed, taxpayer-funded childcare facilities that were reported as having ZERO children present during unannounced state inspections conducted during normal business hours.
Using official inspection reports from the California Department of Social Services, Amy walks through documented cases where:
Daycares licensed for 14, 21, even 28 children had no children onsite
Facilities were cited for missing enrollment records, emergency contacts, infant sleep logs, and vaccination records
Multiple inspections weeks apart still showed zero kids

Deflect is the dodge and weave that those Democratic members had stated. It is all Trump's fault.
But what was revealed was that these problems had been going on for multiple years, through multiple administrations. Counting the years identified, 12-years were during the Obama and Biden administrations.
