🔹Officers involved in 1st event were Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), which isn't part of Immigration.
🔹Review of High-Definition video of 1st interaction which began before Pretti arrived, shows that he arrived 17-minutes into that recording, running up to the event, then engaging with the officers, with increasing aggressive activities. (My observations: see that Pretti was dispatched to this location, and not as an organic protester, but to act as an instigator).
🔹Pretti has the same weapon on his person during the 1st interaction, as was in the 2nd (he only owned a single weapon).
🔹The Permit for Carry his weapon requires Pretti to deescalate, instead of what is seen in the video(s). That same permit required him to carry and show his state issued ID, the Carry Permit, and to notify LEO that he has the weapon, and where it is located. (It is unknown of Pretti had complied in the 1st event, with any of these requirements). Pretti didn't no have any of the required documents during the 2nd event.
🔹The 2nd interaction was with either United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and/or United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The prior event was with another agency, which don't interface, having entirely different objectives and duties.
