Why was it OK during the Clinton administration, and these positions must have been appointed by Clinton, then approved by the Senate.
Such a Orange Man Bad issue, because of Donald Trump. Fill all the appointments now, and get the government back running. Political theater is so destructive❗
Regarding Bill Clinton, there was so much content out there against him, to reset the DOJ and cases was the motivation (in my opinion, based upon the rest of the story, which came out over time).
