Emergency application to the Supreme Court of Virginia.... In their filing to SCOTUS ... LOL
So the Virginia Attorney General is telling SCOTUS to have them issue a emergency order/application against the Virginia Supreme Court, because they didn't rule correctly, according to what the AG, Governor or her administration wanted.
Yes, the Democrats will do anything, to the point of forcing judges to be retired as a new age. The proposal involved lowering the mandatory retirement age for Virginia Supreme Court justices from 73 to 54.
Better make that rule against all employees, officers in Virginia, if you try that. Make that also apply to U.S. Representative and Senators too.
