Really only 14,052 left to cure, for their technical deficiencies, as there are COMPLETED counties, with counts still appearing in the "Ballots Left to Cure" column. The cure rate for Los Angeles County was only 20%. Apply that rate to the 14,052 and it would indicate the number of ballots left over, to be opened, tabulated and counted against the races still being disputed.
