Sixth Amendment includes the right of the accused to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation. I don't understand how the NY trial has been allowed to even start when so many commentators are still wondering what the crime is. How can a lawyer defend a client when the charge isn't even clear. It the trial itself the fishing expedition to try to find the charge?
